
Trending @Accenture; No shift allowance for three months
I haven’t received shift allowance for 3 months now, each and every month my manager tells me he has informed the PMO team. Yet every month, there is nothing. Just want an idea guys is there something fishy going on?

I have added as per new process in myte and got it approved from approver. But they are saying claim report must be approved. Could you please help me with where can I find my claim report for shift allowance??

I had tried to do this process couple of months ago, they just tell to send email to shift_allowance team and the shift allowance team tells about the claim report approval. So, I wanted to check where exactly can I find the claim reports.

Accenture is not giving shift allowance from Sep 2024

I am not sure about the process.. I would suggest you to raise a ticket in correspondence category. They will tell you where the gap occured and you could follow it up further. That will put pressure on approver too

Even I am facing the same issue. As per new process I had added shift details in myte and my approver has approved it.Still, I have not received it. When checked with shift allowance team they say, the claim must be approved for getting allowance with no further clarity. Does any one know where can I find my claim report submitted for shift allowance??

Have you tried claiming your allowance in my te?? You need to add an approver for the shift days that you worked on and it needs to be approved before 10th every month to get that claim in that month's salary.

Try reaching out other colleagues in your team/project... Ask If they are getting the shift allowance or not... If they are also not getting the allowance then all you can do is wait

Sounds frustrating, mate. Maybe try escalating it to HR or higher management, but keep your manager in the loop.
