Hello, I didnt received shift allowance even though I was working in shifts, I was getting it till last month but this month I didn't got, can It be because of my probation getting extended 🥺 do they stop shift allowance even though asking me to work in shifts? What should I do?
No they haven't stopped it. For our client or maybe in general, if you are expecting a September month allowance to come in September salary then it's not true, it will come in next month's salary. In Sep month salary you can only expect Aug month allowance.
True, also in case if you haven't received inform this to your manager and then hopefully u will receive it in next month salary. This happens no need to worry.
Did you claim for it in MyTE ? If not do PPA and claim for it.
If you have already claimed and didn't get it, it could be possible that your approver missed to approve it on time, inform your approver that you didn't get it so he can approve it and you will get it in next salary
Talk to manager, I am worked on shifts but I didn't get any allowances,simple. I don't think there is any relation with probation period. If you are working extra you will get paid. And one more thing, if someone says you they will provide shift allowance later or something, take in written over mail . Ask then to mail the same thing. Do not consider any chat or call. If your manager leave or change his mind then you have proof of it.

Same here last month I have received 3300 but in this month only 800 why ?
I also didn't get this month due to for us it's late approved. We will get next month salary
