Since they are asking us to work from office, there aren't any seats available in the Noida office. What kind of management is this since they are so strict regarding this policy now? This will actually be a great reason for them to blame us.
This is 100% true. Gurgaon office also has same problem. For 3 days the Tru Time punch in was not working. Wifi is so slow you can't even send pings on teams, you have to use your own mobile data. Their pantry is so smelly. Drinking water is so hard it can fail someone's kindney. The office management is pathetic.
Yeah exactly the HR will be on top of us as to why are you not going to the office. How are we supposed to go if there are no seats available? A very ridiculous system they have
Yes, if you are so serious to call people to office then why not allocate a seat to every individual and they won't do it reason is they don't have enough seats. This is a ridiculous approach. They have sold so many office spaces as well.
@AdrianMonkk are you working from gurugram office? As far as I know, there are many less projects in gurugram office.
Yes. But it doesn't matter since we need not relocate to project location(atleast I don't). We just need to report to office so that's what we do😵💫
Yeah they are asking to visit any nearest office not just the base location. My nearest office is Noida (which is still 3 hrs) yet I have to book a seat in gurgaon office since in Noida it's not available. 😪
Now that RTO is in full effect seems like next step the company is taking is acting on people who are using the nearest office advantage to not report to their base location. Have seen people getting mails of their seat reservation getting cancelled and new one being booked for their base location. Might free up few seats
