No Roster

I see most of the employees have roster into their 2Office and they beg for leaves and work from home. For me working as individual with client, no supervisor and manager taking care of my RTO. Do I still need to take care of RTO and working hours? Where it will impact? In last 1 quarters I rarely come to office while before that quarter if fill 90% of my attendance But in both case I got the same quality bonus.
