Hi guys, So I had got negative review last month(false claim), nobody listened or helped. Now they gave 0% bonus 0 hike, also, didn't even put me in pip.. when I asked why no salary was given, they stated performance improvement that's it... Manager bluntly said start looking outside the organisation. I even asked for rolloff, but they were like can't give, minimum month is required for ASE to complete in a project to get rolloff.. then i asked how much months it is? Then they were like no idea. I've been in this project for 1.4 years. This is just so wrong on many levels. Can you guys pls help me here..what I can do? I mean they just want me to resign, not even remove me from the project? Why is hate coming from nowhere I have done nothing, not even hurt anyone's ego? What I can do here, anybody can help!
They will Pip u for sure before the end of this cycle. Thats y manager said that. U can pull HR. Or raise grievance on AST portal.
The thing is i actually don't want to continue in the project...there is nothing I can achieve from this tech stack which i don't wanna continue.. but the way they are making me resign softly. I don't want them to easily get out with it. Why would I leave the company bcz you want me to? Would raising grievance could help me in this condition?
Btw every single member of team got bonus.
