Trending @HCL; NO reply from HR.. What to do??

I have sent a mail to HR 10days back... I have helath issue fits... Soo mailed him for asking work from home.... No rply in mail and also in teams chat.... What to doo... Can anyone suggest??

How irrosponsible the HR and the Company are..... They cant rply for the employee who is facing helath issue.... And they keep mental awareness session to emplpyees... Bloddy corparate and HRs

Now a days HR is either neglecting or ignoring and discarding WFH request willfully.
Raise ethics issue and complaint

Bro, I have this same condition and one day while coming back from the office. I have a seizure in the metro so I would suggest not saying or sharing everything with HR because they are not going to help you at all.

Rather Talking to HR you can talk to Your Project manager or manager.

Look for her manager’name from teams and send a follow up male adding the HR head and manager

Loop tower lead or project du head in mail, and ask them to take some action, else if you need short term wfh upto 30 days and raise the request of telecommuniting, that request will go for the approval to your RM. If needed wfh for a longer period better to get it discussed with your RM and tower lead
