No recognition from Management/Leaderdhip after completion of 15 long years in TCS except one automated GEMS mail. No loyalty bonus… Nothing

Don't expect any loyalty from any company. There is a proverb from Kalam sir. Don't love your company, you don't know when your company will stop loving you.

Yes they will not recognise you. For them they thought you were not capable of switching outside. That's how TCS works. You are just a resource they hire you for work. Nothing else you can expect from TCS. Try to switch. I felt bad about how people can stay in one company for such a long time. As I know TCS gives increments of 1-2 %. Management is also pathetic. Now they make sure RMG treats people like animals. And they are doing the same for the people who are on the bench.

What loyalty

They even didn't send a condolence mail on demise of great Ratan Tata sir. Then how can you expect recognition mail on your 15 years completion... !!!

Congratulations 🎉 on your milestone! I am done 18 years with TCS. All you get is Gems. Enjoy the Gems, you can claim against vouchers or sell it to your colleagues who want it and get some cash for yourself.

Whatever gems/bonus you expected them to give for your loyalty is nothing compared to what you've given to the company and the profits they have made from your billing. For them employees are just cogs in the corporate machinery. If you want to learn more skills and get better salary, just switch instead of hoping and waiting for recognition here.

Why do you need recognition? Are you not happy with your efforts if yes then why do you need recognition? If you are not happy then switch the organisation.
