21moNo recognition and Delay in promotion
My designation is one step below manager how ever the nature of work I do is similar to Manager’s role but with less package. What should I do ?
Switch to different job
Wait for promotion and then switch

Have a conversation about you wanting to get the next role.
If things look positive after that then stay, otherwise switch.

Thanks @LokiPen I am Following up on this since July 2023 but I was being nominated only after jan 2024 Still after multiple chaser, they said it will be probably by sept 2024

If you don't have any other reason to switch except the delay in Promotion then wait till September 2024.
Otherwise if you have more reasons then you can start preparing for the switch.
