No proper exit policy

There’s no proper exit policy, no humane communication, no recognition for the effort and time we put in. People who’ve dedicated years, worked weekends, handled critical issues...are suddenly removed from projects, systems, and even the company. All without a proper reason or basic respect.

Just a cold mail. Or worse - indirect messages and silent removals.

💔 Where’s the human side of HR in all this? 💔 Where are the values and policies to protect people who stayed loyal to the company? 💔 Why are these decisions made with zero transparency?

This is not just about jobs. It’s about how people are being treated... like liabilities instead of the assets they truly are.

Post Ratan Tata's death, TCS is no longer the Tata group company we once knew. Now it's just a shallow employee sucking company.
I hope as part of their lay off, I hope to be part of that, atleast no notice period and bossiness during the last three months. My salary is so less that it's as good as not worth it.

I just hope my long time friends with 4+, 6+ years get laid off as well with me, because being in TCS we became tooooo comfortable.

This company and Tata group.group as while has gone to dogs. Many in TCS has been met with similar behaviour. In the past ppl.who had resigned were released from project, on the last working day was asked to submit the laptop, ID card to the gate security ppl, and the associate got his release letter. He was not even allowed to enter the premises. No one from the previous projects/ last working project knew rhe associate had left. The associate had worked for the project for good seven/eight years, had done so many rollout and upgrade projects across geos by remaining in hrs e same project. This is treatment one gets. In last 12 yrs of his stay in TCS he hardly got 1% increment every year! So, salary, prime time of his youth he got cheated by TCS. He never wanted to go onsite, so was never sent.

Stop buying any goods or services from house of Tatatls, spread this awareness to all your neighbours a d relatives... give them real picture of Tatas. let the house of Tata suffer by having poor she's of good and services. The present.management under N Chandra has to be brought down to knees.

If it happening with junior as well , it means nobody is spared now , its all in hand of manager . Who he want to be in project , who not to be ? As simple as that ,
