No proper asset return initiatives
One of HR has stated my LWD and only few days are left for the same, yet there is literally no communication regarding separation process What to do ?

Your HR and manager are slacking. Check the iTalent portal for updates. If nothing's there, hound them with emails. Escalate if needed. Get your documents and clearances sorted ASAP.

Thanks man, I just checked the portal and I find the date mentioned on portal is different than that mentioned in mail communication, I had asked for early release and the same is in process but I wonder why there is discrepancy between the two days. Pathetic Exit process at TCS Please guide
