I have joined capgemini almost 4 years back as associate 1. Still my grade is not changed? Is there anyone who is same? Or is it only me? What should I do?
I'm fresher, I completed 2 year, serving notice period, Same happened with me, in my cycle I'm not promoted. That day I decided within 3 4 month I will crack another offer.

I am on year 6 with no promotion even after getting 1 rating 2 consecutive time.
You can just ask your N+1. I have received two promotions within 3 years. I initially joined as an Analyst and was promoted to Senior Analyst after 18 months. I was eligible for another promotion in my 30th month, but due to rating issues from my previous N+1 (with whom I never even had a discussion), I didn’t receive it at that time. I then escalated it to top management and was subsequently promoted to Associate Consultant in the following quarter. So just try from your end and talk with your people Manager and if he/she is not helping then try to check with top management like director of your project. They will help.
