I got this info from leadership to convey this msg to my reportees. Very few ppl will get something. Rest will get in June cycle as Accenture is moving its financial cycle.

Most of the time, this types of management communications will come during meetings and not emails (hence no screenshots). Yes these create panic since most of them are dependent on salaries and have expectations from organisations.
Some Leads express their opinion with management, but higher people are more intelligent/cunning about this and few people won't have a chance about hike discussion.
Overall good if they get hikes, be ready for alternatives if you don't get hikes.
