Trending @Accenture; NO Projects As A Fresher

It will bee a year, I joined accenture in october as a fresher and trained in SAP ABAP. Till now i have not allocated any project no one contacted. How should I deal with this? What are they going to do with us. There are so many requirments in SAP the mail comes regarding refer and earn.. it all contains SAP postions for expirence one's. What are we here ? Are they going to fire us ? How will we gain expirence if they dont give us a chance yet?

Any one please help me regarding this.
