Trending @Accenture; No project-ML/AI computational science analyst

Hi Everyone, It has been 1 year and 6 months in Accenture and this is my first job. I have worked on 2 projects for 8 months-some basic tools and now I am on bench for more than 3 months. Is it common to have this slow progress in starting of the career and what should be my next step? Thank You guys
