Trending @Accenture; No project in IDB pool
I'm Level 11 Advanced Application Engineering Analyst. I've been hardlocked to IDB Core Tech ATCI since November 2024, have had 2-3 trainings since then and nothing else. There have been no projects allocated and whenever I ask the people lead or HR they say we are in the process of allocating and you will get it soon. I've also been filling unassigned time charge code because every time they say we are working on enabling the charge code for you.
Can anyone help me out as to what I should do now or hereafter?
What is IDB Core Tech? I mean what are techstacks in it...
IDB is India Domestic Business, it's a pool where they have multiple financial projects under it. IDB Code Tech deals with the technical aspects. The tech stack varies depending on the type of project.
