Trending @Accenture; No project alligned since 4 months.
I have joined in Accenture in Oct 2024 and I got a hard lock mail on the next day of joining. Since then I am following up with alligned SPOC for the project assignment but no progress so far. I They just keep tailing that "Projects are in pipeline and delayed". As per SPOC, I am not on bench. I am locked to a project - so thing to worry.
Is it a normal scenario in Accenture? Shall I consider for a job switch considering current situation?
Are they giving you project wbse to fill in myte? If yes, then all good.

Oh..actually if they have hard lock you they should give you wbse , else you can ask for roll off..but here in accenture I have seen they dont give wbse evn if you are locked because of any reason..until you are actually working
In my case it's the opposite I got the project even before joining but I want to leave it 😞. Since the project is not good. We were hired for development but doing testing and support. 😢
Its a normal scenario in Accenture..it takes few months to get a project. Meanwhile u should try to make connections and talk to leaders to allot you some work..and people will allot you a project..and for Accenture curently lot of projects are in pipeline

Was in a similar situation. Got the hard lock mail in July last year. Didn't received project login credentials till Nov. The reason was that the project was in migration phase so my project onboarding was delayed, even though I was hard locked to it.
