No Productivity.. feels nothing inside but want to switch

Joined infosys 4 months back... got project within month and there no productivity to grasp project/business knowledge and technical knowledge.. And also i am totally underpaid here... i want a switch now.. but am afraid of it... how do i start to search another job... does anybody can refer which will help to easy switch?
