So COVID is back, feeling blah yet?
Am I alone feeling anxious about the market going down and the job situation becoming more volatile? I mean another lock down with companies not performing in FY23, idk got me anxious, stressed and just blah
Idk why people have just gone back to regular life without noticing how their lives have changed post covid.
There's a clear drop in immunity levels, people are getting sick easily and more often every time people travel or the weather changes. Breathing issues have become worse for many people (including kids). Cardiac issues and strokes have become more prevalent.
There's even a new category called long covid with different symptoms affecting different people.
I would argue our country needs a minimum of 50-60 leaves per person per year across the board. What do you think?
Severe brain fog in my case. Anybody else with similar issues?
No one's studying the vaccine's long term impact. Just so many people dying of cardiac arrest
Definitely cases of heart attack and stroke have increased across all age groups around us.
While I agree with you to some extent. Its mostly because of neglecting health, so you must eat more protien to build immunity. I used to get sick very often, before covid as well. I started monitoring my protien intake and much has improved since then.
How do u fulfill daily protien and calcium requirement? My strength and stamina has gone to zero after having baby. It's been 1.5 yrs now don't see any improvement
I did some research on supplements and which foods are high in protien. For vegetarians, very less options are there(paneer, soyachunks & milk). So unfortunately you have to look towards non-veg. My doctor(herself a veg) scolded me as I became vegetarian for 1 year and started having immunity issues, so I had to get back on chicken egg, mutton.
So you need at least 1g*your_weight protien per day. So if you're 60kg you need 60g to stay healthy. If you eat ballpark 50g, you're still very fine. Also, try to eat very less supplements(used tata 1mg vit d calcium tablets, and atom protien). Use "Trustified" website or youtube channel, he does blind testing of these products, so you can find more options. Atom is cheaper but muscle blaze is also good but a little costlier.
Try to complete more of your intake with natural stuff.
Paneer has only 11g per 100g.
Chicken has 32g per 100g, so 200g will literally fulfill your daily requirement.
Egg has only 6g per egg, that's why they eat so many eggs in the videos.
The protien supplements are purely made of milk, so they are really good and tasty these days. But it's a highly processed thing, so moderation is necessary. Generally 26g in one scoop, so half daily requirement fullfilled.
Yep - been much sicker post covid I would go 6-7 months without being sick earlier
Now I get sick every 1-2 months I don't think it's because I'm getting old - I am eating better and working out more.
Am I alone feeling anxious about the market going down and the job situation becoming more volatile? I mean another lock down with companies not performing in FY23, idk got me anxious, stressed and just blah
Read in the newspaper today that another actor(not that well known) passed away due to a heart attack.
Incidentally 4-5 people in my non immediate circles between ages of 30 to 50 passed away due to sudden heart attacks.
