No offer LWD in TCS 7 FEB 2025
Hi Everyone,
I have resigned from tcs with out offer in hand my last working day in tcs is 7 Feb 2025.
I asked salary hike to retain me but no response from manager he said he will try not even gave AST promotion due to wFO compliance.
If I want to revoke the resignation in tcs what is the last day?
What are the consequences if I revoke?
I work in cyber security soc team having 9 years of experience soc environment

You have made it clear to the manager that you want to be retained, usually retention must be done by the other side and not you. Now the manager will take advantage of your desperation and will try to trick you. Even if they retain poor Ratings and d band will follow. The best thing to do is find another offer and move out.
Don't worry about getting a retention. They will say they will retain and give hike but won't give anything.
Start searching jobs. You will get an offer soon You have 2.5 months to get a new job. Serving notice period will be an additional benefit.
Iam in bench now I submitted resignation. My lwd is going to be dec last but i don't have any offer for now
Check for offer outside. Update on naukri there are many SOC positions available. Also once you approach LWD in TCS , once released you will be approached by other projects.
Even on last day you can withdraw resignation it won't cause any impact except annual rating
You can revoke resignation as last as 7 days before the LWD

Security is a hot domain. Prpeare well and keep searching. You will get a good offer.
