No offer letters from Bosch for freshers ?

Hi all, A friend of mine got placed in Bosch in campus recruitment and didn't get the offer letter for several months after selection and no response from the recruitment team on updates as well. Does anyone have info on this ? Is bosch holding the offer letters for freshers ?
