You can put the papers. What about freshers like us?? They have onboared us and kept us either on bench or in dummy projects. I have 15MOE on paper. But in reality I have 0 knowledge of how project works. Now in support project. With completely different and outdated Technologies. Here also they are not giving allowance for shifts.
I am not from the IT side of Delivery. I am from the BPS side. Humare yahan 1 bandha 2 logon ka kaam karta hai.. no one can even dream of being under-utilised. Here we are most likely over-utilised and under paid.
