Trending @HCL; No more IJP Policy

This is incorrect.. Most probably it came from your RM who doesn't want you to leave the project.. If you have completed 18 months in a project, you are eligible for an internal switch if selected in another project.. Recently, HCL created a new portal called TalentXchange (MyHCL->Talentxchange) which has more user friendly UI and application tracking system... The only prerequisite to apply there is you need to have completed 2 yrs in the current project whereas in IJP/Leap portal you can apply after 18 months as well..
