No more hike for this FY for C4 and above?

Applicatble for C4s.

With all this fluidity list and AI drives i think people have forgotten that they were not given increment in this financial year.

Hardly any pay, now also threatening the job if you're asking about hike.

Poor state of things. God save us.

People above C3A grade should feel happy that those who are not laid off yet , getting any hikes/promotion is not possible now. So better utilise this time to upskill yourself and find better opportunities outside, because sooner or later they will target remaining people from c3A+ grade.

Um.mm.. I think got 40 or 45 last qtr.

Anyways no one has forgotten about no hikes. Just that many like me who are not able to switch because of one reason or the other, for the sake of own mental health, have accepted it.
