Got the confirmation from Manager, there will be very minimal chances of getting a hike & if will get, it will be in a single digit. So now no any expectation with accenture anymore.

If this is the case accenture will lose majority if it's skilled Employees, I can see a long discussion happening and majority are planning to leave , especially in my project

No, this is not true. Now no one knows what will be the hike or bonus situation in Nov. Maybe the one saying negative comments are not happy with there current variable pay.
