Trending @Accenture; No Mid-Year Hike/Promotion
Being fedup with no response from my managers regarding variable pay and hike declaration, i called up my project MD seeking clarity on this subject. He straight away mentioned that variable pay will be declared by next week and there will be no hike or promotion in mid year cycle.
Hike or promotion will be given in Dec Cycle.
It's been 3 years as an analyst and it's same for me. Manager said no promotions. I asked for a roll off.
It’s project level matter. No one will say that promotion slots there but not for our project. Rather that telling this they will say no promotions mid year
I had same call with my l5 leadership she mentioned same to me . Hikes and promotions will take place in December only
I think it's not the case with other teams. They have taken nominations for promotions I believe
