Hi everyone! I have 5+ years experience in paid ads, digital marketing, worked with 30+ Clients. From last 2 week, I was searching new job in Pune City. But 4 different HR rejected my cv. Just because of reason, I didn't have MBA degree 😔😔

Sorry but the job market is very bleak right now. It's probably not because of your lack of MBA but because they got someone with a similar experience at a lower rate.

Hi, I'm truly surprised at your experience that MBA is being considered. I see loads of Digital Marketing job openings, esp. In Bangalore. Not sure about Pune. Hope you are checking remote roles too
