Hi,

I am working on Wipro since last 4 years. Now I want release from my project. For How many months I will be getting salary being on bench ?

Also, Do I get basic salary or something like that when in bench ?

Now they changed the bench policy
Now the free pool time period is 3 months that time period they will give full salary and if you will not allocated in any project, after completion of bench they will say to resign.
