Trending @Accenture; No Leaves for New Joiner??
Hi guys,
I recently joined Accenture on 25th July. I want to take sick leave today but in myTE there is no leave balance for this FY ?
What should I do , anyone ?
Check under myte you should have summary tab, check there if you don't see anything ask your HR partner
Some location give EL and CL and no sick leave. So choose CL or EL if you exhausted both then it is hard to get leave as new joiner.
I have seen cases for new joiner where they don't get sick and casual leave all together that will get all together leaves in new fiscal year. Till then you will get earned leaves which will be allocated to you every month around 1.5 leaves. But you will get all your leaves when new fiscal year starts on 1st sept.
As u r new joiner so u will have some POC ask that person in teams they will guide you. And for sick leaves for a day or two u can just drop a mail to the HR guys cc'ed pocs. They will not question. I took like this only 1.5 yrs back 🙂🙂
