No KT for automation

Hey everyone, willing to pull one query that I am currently in testing project from past 8months and doing things manually, no one is helping me for automation not giving any KT for that even my lead , in my squad automation is doing by someone else (not from TCS) I am fed up of asking KT for automation and keep testing the scenarios manually.

I already told to my manager that please pull me in into automation but even she is not helping. Please tell what to do 😖😣
