I graduated from college about 3 months back and have been applying, cold emailing and doing everything but things aren't moving- either there are too many applicants, budget is not right or the role is shit. I have good internship experience with established cos. but still unable to land at a good place where I can grow and learn.
What shall I do? Do you know if someone's hiring? I have also been thinking about doing masters but not so keen.
Right now may be the best time to do masters. It will take at least end of next year imo for the Job market to recover. Till then it will be tough for new grads to land a job as market is saturated with experienced folks who are okay to work at freshers pay, due to layoffs.
You might as well invest that time and money into your future and graduate with a masters degree by the time job market improves
