Having 14+ years exp in testing. Left the org without an offer. Now getting difficult to get a job. How to proceed further? Interview calls are less .

The more you have experince , the lesser the calls. Recently came to know , KPIT will not consider resume , if you have 15+ years experince. Not sure how many companies are there like this.
