Heard there’s no increment this year too. How many have heard this news or any conflicting news?
Yes i heard the same rumour from higher management during project townhall. Accenture is not in good condition actually. Julie sweet is trying too much to sugar coat the losses everywhere. Most of the service level projects are under ATCI belt and many projects aren't getting contract extension from clients. Even if they give a hike it won't be as much as we all dream of expectations. I believe anywhere between 5-15% as usual.
Minimal hikes to unavoidable resources. Leadership doesn’t have clear vision, just picking up buzz words from market and creating hype. Hope Julie sweet step down and hand it over to right person.
There's no official information. If you got info from your project, then it might be possible that only for your project they aren't giving or it's also possible that they aren't giving for anyone.
In either case we have to wait for official information and stop thinking/worrying about
- whether there will be hikes
- whether there will be promotion
- have completed 3+years, will there be promotion for me.
No Promotion this Nov, u ll have to wait till Jun '25
Yes, very limited increment in December 24, only promotes and people with lower market ctc will get base pay hike and other folks will get variable pay that is below average.
