Hi People,
I'm really frustrated with my work these days, I need to switch company. I have 3 years of experience in salesforce administrator but then not even my resume is passing the selection stage, this is making me even more stressed. ATS score is 85% what else should I do? Any referral available?

Currently I have decent experience in development but I prefer to be a Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce admin openings are very less try to get some development experience. It will help you. Solely admin is not going to help.
