I see people switching jobs left and right but I am not able to land an interview only. I have a 3 YOE in good tech stack. Not sure where am I missing.

Same here, the market is worse, so many freshers with good skills applying, experienced people too are applying and openings are less.
I have decided to upskill myself for a few months and side by side also apply for a few companies every weekend or so.
But the problem is I see all the requirements needed are already in my resume. Where to upgrade?
I can speak about the backend....almost all the backend positions require docker, kubernates, AWS, kafka, system design, devops etc etc.....i know its too much and unrealistic expectations for someone with 3YOE but thats the reality...if you want to get into good company then these are needed for any backend dev for any experience level
What's your response when someone asks you "Tell me a bit about yourself?"
Also dont ask - "What do you want to know?".. they dont like it.
What is a good response to that question ?
