Guys, Everything our HCM/HM has said about promotions has been misleading. There's no point in believing in the promotion process anymore. The list of promoted associates has already been finalized and shared with HCM/HM. If your manager hasn’t informed you by now on 20th september, it’s best to let go of any expectations regarding a promotion. S
Already I got confirmation from few of the guys who got promoted and their DOJ on JUL 2022,SEP 2022. All domains are same....no partiality between domains. Just ge away from CTS. TRY TO SWITCH..THATS THE BEST OPTION NOW.

The role of manager is just name sake in the CTS, they don't have any role in deciding PA to A promotion except nomination, SBU heads are accepting the promotions it seems. What SBU heads will know about performance of PA's The guidelines and procedures followes by CTS under new CEO will lead to downfall of CTS
Yes, but all notifications can be sent to manager only
Yes all communications are shared but they don't have any decision making power
My home manger is saying that nominations are still going on.
I think for Q3 they were stopped the nominations. And issuing the results
What about Q4? Any hope?
