No Hiring from December period is so dry !?

I had not received a single interview invite or call in December such a dry month and attended interviews didn't even proceed for next interviews i.e. on hold and taking everlong for the offer letter release. Please let me know when they'll open the hiring cycle again 😭

Update Naukri profile, It was dry till december but since yesterday Recruiters have started reaching out on LinkedIn and directly through Naukari. post 6 interviews will begin everywhere. Right now is the best time due to new rules in US companies are mass hiring in India.
