I was waiting for promotion from dec 2021, but they didn't promoted me and every time said promotions from C3A are not openingll, last quarter I resigned and moved out from TCS. These news from TCS makes my decision more correct of exiting TCS.

They may defer hikes or delay based on market condition..we are in huge disruption from AI which is causing job cuts and also macro economics not conducive..i predict this trend will continue for sometime not a good time to be in

Since they can’t fire people, they are doing this to make employees leave . Bench people are being fired [happened in hyderabad, adibatla branch]

Logic is they want to downsize but since they can’t fire people out of the blue as it looks bad on TCS reputation… they are going to make ot Toxic so that you leave …. Frog in a hot pan situation

Mine is raised for 6 months if window opens I will be promoted since I have been pushing it. But no change in compensation as confirmed by HR

Ignore that dry promotion shit. They are many fakers out there. Promotion cycle is on hold because of deferred hikes. It will open but don't know when.
