Trending @Wipro; No Hikes or Promotion.

It’s been 3 years in Wipro and I haven’t received any hike or promotion. I’m planning to ask my manager, does anyone on the same boat?. If yes can you please let me know your start how did you go through it.

Same man, its frustating , Its been 3.5 years and nothing about hike or Promotion, when asked HR about the same, he said you come in the greatest bracket. Please let me know what can be done from our side
