Trending @Accenture; No Hikes in June Cycle 😡
Don’t expect any hikes again in June 2025. There will be limited or no promotions as well and only promotion folks will get hike. There was a HR call and they announced to all people leads. No one was happy and everyone was asking questions. If you are expecting hike then don’t as even your manager or people lead has no control as they are in same situation.
Then why they are calling us to office at least we can save some money by wfh, we have been doing it for 5 yrs then why !??????
I raised this with my higher ups multiple level last year. They said they can't comment on it and as it's Accenture policy to return to office, we all have to follow.
But otherwise, it's a flawless logic. People working from their own homes and saving lakhs in rent and expenses is a hike in itself in such a difficult time.
Look for opportunities outside Accenture. Don’t expect any hike or a good VC payout.
I got promoted in Nov with bare minimum increment and certainly no appraisal. I was told in June you will get it.. but now it seems it will not happen again.. its been 3 years now.
