Trending @Accenture; No hikes for Oct 2023 fresher joinee at level 11.

Just got to know we are nit getting any hikes. We joined last year in Oct 2023. VP got only 6%. 1 year with almost the fastest one to get project and promised to get better VP. This is just insanely biased.

I dont know for sure, but for us in CN, people joining after sep 23 did not receive any hike only VP. I got 0 hike as well.

Yes thats true. I heard it a while back but experienced it just now.

3% hike as i joined in aug 2023
They should have considered us as well...not sure why we are left behind
