@RosyNothing5 Same situation for me also, 2 years back the situation was different. Now Accenture is giving level 8 to 6-8 years of total experience to match their salary. Accenture is unknowingly destroying their hierarchy. If you see, TCS will never give in such a level for lower experience candidates. Because they are not ready for management level due to lower experience. In Accenture higher experience candidates are reporting to lower experience candidates due to salary limit which is really a joke🤣. Same situation was there in Cognizant. They already started the process for hierarchy correction after changing their CEO.
That's not fair na 😢 In my case, I am much capable of being a team lead at least and I am always the first person to lead something whatever comes up in the team.
Yes I understand, try to switch, Accenture is already full of fake resources which I feel in my project. I am also looking for an outside opportunity. I joined in June 2022 as level 9 , overall experience is 11.3 years and till date zero hike. My MAL is 71. I worked for two critical projects and did not get anything.
With 8 years it's difficult to get promoted from level 9 to 8 but if u are very good at your work and good with manager might be possible
What about below level 10 is they get hike?
I m 15 yrs experienced overall and 2.8 yrs in Accenture still no promotion
