Understood from the leadership anyone is replaceable here. Managers can't do anything here. There are just for name sake. I have seen my manager who literally got no increments...
At the end, its the leadership who decides and manager are being targeted

I know everyone is replaceble(sometimes even CEOs) that's why I said at the moment I'm doing something crucial for which it won't make sense to hire new guy given the project cost.
