Trending @Accenture; No hike or promotion please suggest me!!!

I didn't get a hike or promotion this time even no variable pay but my manager he didn't mentioned me whether I'm in PIP or not just he said that he will be definitely highlighting me in next cycle for better hike and promotion if they didn't say me that whether I'm in PIP or not and will it effect me in future surprise termination? PIP is no where written in rewards I'm so confused I'm an ASE I don't know what to do I asked him atleast variable should be given but he said I will get it in next cycle also please suggest me where I can apply for <2 exp job.
