Trending @Accenture; No hike, only VP and got an external offer

As title suggests I was notified that the hike cycle is pushed to June 2026 , only VP is visible to people lead. I have also got an external offer . Should I wait for accenture to negotiate or resign right away? CL-11,MAL-13,YOE-3(1 year in accenture), Domain - Data Engineering
