Trending @Capgemini; No hike as Low revenue
Management started Ra**Rona that I /many didn't get no hikes due to low revenue. The next day, I heard some people even received up to 25% hikes., hikes in the range of 5% to 15% were quite common—even for those doing minimal work or just passing time.
Can you let us know your rating this year and previous year with your grade and whether you are bto company or not.
Coz as per what I heard, who is not compliant, they only didn't got the hike
I didn’t get hiked in 2023,24 I was BTO compliant and willed get success with 120% priorities.
This year I didn’t bisit office after nov , getsuccess yer was pending with 60% priorities but got 4% hike cause i threatened to leave.
The whole system is a sham, boot-liking or threatening is the only way to get hike.
You for the right thing then.. better switch . But se if your new consonant is meaning profit or not, coz its the profit only that gets divided within us
2 managers in my account said, "50% people didn't even get any hike". BC ye flex karne ki baat thodi hai
