Trending @Accenture; No hike, 6% variable pay

I don’t know what to do who to reach for this. I checked my reward statement and no change atkeast I expect some hike percent this cycle and even they provided me only 6-% variable pay what the hell . I have completed all my tasks even I am working in a full time project. What I have to do i am not prepared for a switch now
