This month salary credited, but health insurance money is not deducted. Any reason ?

While registering for Health insurance in April each year. We have to select the plan and no of EMIs you need to select 2 and 3. That means you will only be charged for 3 months of health insurance.

I didn't select anything. I joined tcs in aug, for 4 months it was deducted and this month it's not deducted, so I asked.

For me they deducted 3000 plus for. Single parent but today it's more in the payslips...I have selected the basic gold plan which is 14-15k
