No hands-on experience
Hi all, I Joined tes in july 2024. Till now it is 2026 and i didn't get to work on a project. Till now 2 clients have been changed but no project given to me. What should i do? Even if i have to make a switch, what will i show in my experience? Has anyone faced situation like this? Could anyone please tell what to do to make a switch from tes or how to get project?

Joined tcs on july,2024 Till now no project. I mean u can say on bench for almost 1.6 years
So technically my corporate experience is 1.6 years but hands-on experience is 0 years
