
No GYM motivation
Years back i was a gym rat but after a baby and crossing 30s I started feeling demotivated, lack of energy. From inside I want to go gym, I tried going gym and took 3 months subscription but could only go one month consistently. How do i motivate myself? No friend. Living with my son n wife only. Also, working from home so no going out in weekdays. Boring routine.

Try to go at least 3 days a week. Try doing fewer exercises, let's say 5 workouts for 2 muscles a day. 3 days, push, pull and leg. Chest & tri & a single shoulder exercise, back and bi and a single shoulder exercise, legs and abs.

I'm trying few reps of 2 exercise/weights twice a day. But consistently twice a day. Put youtube or some music, and just go this for 15 mins morn and evening
