Trending @Accenture; No following RTO more then a month
Some time back i had put a poll on how many weeks since your last visit to ofc around 40+ folks have said more than a month, my question is what action has the company taken on you? Like any extra mails from HR Or TL , any warning mails apart from the system generated ofc presence mails , did you hire ups ask you about it
TLDR Did anyone face any action for not following RTO If yes after how many weeks of not visiting ofc did you face the action
I've been doing wfh from the past 6 months 🙂. Two of my friends from different projects got permanent wfh. Seriously bro it all depends on your manager and your situation.
My situation: I'm home is far from office like really far.
My friends situation: their team is kinda small.

I am going of once in 2 weeks,my people led wants atleat one tick mark in attendance that we are geeting fie evey 2 weeks
It totally depends on your Manager/HR about notice for not following RTO. One of colleague received show cause notice for not visiting office in past two months. If his reason is not convincing enough to HR then he need to resign . If convinced then need to raise exception request for not following RTO
